Talent Management Executive

Job Description:
• Support recruitment & onboarding process
• Assisting in payroll matter including government statutory payment
• Coordinate skill development training programs
• Assist in talent engagement activities
• Maintain HR ISO documentation & GDPMD Audit Compliance reports
• Assist in HR related documentation & filing
• Work closely with Talent Management to optimize processes, new policies & strategic initiatives

Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience covering a full spectrum of Human Resource. Fresh grads are encourage to apply.
• Knowledge and understanding of Government Statutory Regulations and Employment Act
• Experience with HRIS system is an added advantage
• Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel
• Excellent communication skill & interpersonal skill
