The  Group  will  ensure  that  any  employee  or  member  of  the  public  raising  a  concern  is  aware  of  the  procedures  involved  in  handling  the  matter.  Please  be  assured  that  your  concerns  will  be  investigated  according  to  the  established  procedures.  Parties  submitting  the  concerns  should  disclose  their  names,  contact  number,  details  of  person(s)  involved,  details  of  concern(s),  when  and  where  the  incident  took  place  and  provide  evidence,  if  possible.
